Freeflow Hood Super

DESIGN

A vest with hood and visor covering the upper part of the body, except the arms. Incorporates an air distribution system. The hood is fitted with an inside neck seal to provide optimal air flow.

GARMENT MATERIAL

The Trellchem® Super material is based on a nylon fabric coated with high-performance elastomers. This construction maximizes strength and durability while maintaining softness and flexibility. The combination of antistatic butyl rubber with Viton® on top offers an outstanding resistance to chemical attack from a wide range of dif­ferent chemicals.

SEAMS

Seams are stitched and sealed inside and outside with a glued-on tape, made of the same rubber type as the fabric coating.

TRELLCHEM® FREEFLOW hood VALVE

A swiveling airline passthrough made from Acetal (POM) plastic and stainless steel and equipped with a warning whistle. Fitted with an adjustable belt and foam padding for better comfort.

AIR DISTRIBUTION

The air is distributed in front of the visor via a silicone rubber hose and a diffuser/silencer. Excess air is ventilated through two outlet valves in the back of the hood.

AIRLINE HOSE & CONNECTION

0.5 m reinforced rubber breathing hose with a standard EURO connection type CEJN 341 male (nipple).
