The visor is made from a rigid 2 mm impact and chemical resistant PVC and comes in two optional sizes; CV or the larger VP1.

A strong and durable gastight chloroprene rubber coated zipper. The zipper is closing downwards, for added safety, and is protected by a splash guard (flap).
The TRELLCHEM® Light type TR has a rear-entry gastight PVC zipper, positioned on the back across the shoulders. The zipper is protected by a splash protective flap with Velcro closing.
A ventilation system is included as standard and adds safety due to a constant level of overpressure inside the suit. The TRELLCHEM® Regulating valve has 3 ventilation rates (2, 30 and 100 l/min) plus zero/off position and is as an option also available in a passthrough version for use with external air supply. Butyl rubber gloves in combination with a rubber cuff for added safety. The gloves are attached with the TRELLCHEM® Bayonet glove ring system, which offers quick and simple glove exchange. Read more about Gloves.
TRELLCHEM® Light type TR is fitted with Ansell Scorpio® #08-354 Neoprene gloves with cotton inner liner and rough surface for good wet grip.
Suits can be fitted with either sewn-in socks/booties made of the garment material or attached PVC safety boots. The boots are fixed with an ergonomically designed ring attachment, which simplifies boot exchange and provides a smooth yet tight fit of suit material around the boot shaft. Read more about Boots.
