Trelltrain comes in three different designs to fit all user preferences and training needs:

  • Type CV (encapsulating design with hump and visor, SCBA worn inside the suit)
  • Type VP1 (encapsulating design with hump and larger visor, SCBA worn inside the suit)
  • Type T (non-encapsulating with face seal and without hump, SCBA worn outside the suit)

The Trelltrain material is made of a strong and flexible fabric which is coated with PVC on both sides. This construction provides a soft and durable material that withstands many hours' training.

Seams are welded.

Non-certified. For training purpose only.

On encapsulating Trelltrain suits, the visor comes in in two optional materials:

  • Rigid 2 mm impact resistant PVC
  • 1 mm soft PVC - NEW!

The visor is available in two sizes; CV or the larger VP1.

Non-encapsulating Trelltrain suits are fitted with an anatomically designed face seal.

A strong and durable watertight PVC coated zipper. The zipper is closing downwards and is protected by a splash guard (flap).

A ventilation system is included as standard and adds safety due to a constant level of overpressure inside the suit. The TRELLCHEM® Regulating valve has 3 ventilation rates (2, 30 and 100 l/min) plus zero/off position and is as an option also available in a passthrough version for use with external air supply. Butyl rubber gloves is standard, but other gloves can be fitted upon request to more resemble the real intervention suit. The gloves are attached with the Trellchem® Bayonet glove ring system, which offers quick and simple glove exchange. Read more.

Suits are fitted with either sewn-in socks made of the garment material or attached PVC safety boots. The boots are fixed with an ergonomically designed ring attachment, which simplifies boot exchange and provides a smooth yet tight fit of suit material around the boot shaft. Read more.
