Rear-entry, full-body splash protection for use by both
emergency back-up teams and in industry, where a gas-tight
suit is not required yet still good protection is needed.

DESIGN

Rear-entry non-encapsulating suit, hood with face seal.

Model 151-G09: Open double legs, Bayonet rings
+  AlphaTec® #08-354 (Scorpio) gloves
Model 156-G09: Sewn-in socks, Bayonet rings
+ AlphaTec® (Scorpio) #08-354 gloves

GARMENT MATERIAL

Strong and flexible polyamide fabric, single coated with PVC.
Material weight: 430 g/m2.

PVC is suitable for protection against alkaline chemicals in all concentrations, such as sodium hydroxide and ammonia, and against low to medium concentration acids, such as hydrochloric acid.

FACE SEAL

The suit is fitted with a rubber face seal which is anatomically designed for optimum safety and comfort.

GLOVES & attachments

 AlphaTec® #08-354 (Scorpio) gloves.The gloves are attached with a Bayonet glove ring system,
which offers quick and simple glove exchange.

legs / FOOTWEAR

Double open legs, i.e. inner leg with foot strap & outer splash guard (Model 151).
Alternatively sewn-in socks (Model 156).

REINFORCEMENTS

As standard the suit has welded-on reinforcements on elbows and knees, to provide extra abrasion resistance.

ZIPPER

Rear-entry, strong and durable watertight PVC zipper. The zipper is placed horizontally across the shoulders
for ease of donning, and is protected by a splash guard (flap) with hook-and-loop closure.

INCLUDED WITH EACH DELIVERY 

  • 2 pcs extra locking pins for the Bayonet glove ring system
  • 1 pce Molycote lubrication for the O-rings in the Bayonet glove ring system
  • 1 pce grease stick for lubrication of the zipper
