TRETIGHT™ DOCK SEALS

The TRETIGHT™ portfolio offers dock seals which effectively keep out cold, rain and wind when loading and unloading goods.
Since it is possible to combine cushions from different types of seals, TRETIGHT™ can handle trucks of different dimensions and be used in a large number of applications.

TRETIGHT™ is available in 3 standard sizes:
  • TRETIGHT™ 800
  • TRETIGHT™ 1100
  • TRETIGHT™ 1700

TRETIGHT™ DOCK SEALS

TRETIGHT™ consists of the following parts:

  • Top cushion
  • Side cushions (left and right)
  • Fitting set

CUSHION DESIGN

  • Made of a strong and durable rubber coated fabric
  • Top cushion fitted with 2 air ducts for distribution of air to the side cushions
  • Side cushions have a unique curved design for excellent sealing ability
  • Corner cushion helps to improve the tightness at the lower end of the side cushion
  • When deflated, cushions are automatically retracted to an idle position

Top and side cushions are installed with the fitting items, which are chosen accordingly. Read more about the TRETIGHT™ Fitting Items.

MAINTENANCE

The material properties of TRETIGHT™ allow for easy repair in case a cushion is damaged. A repair kit is available, which contains:

  • Glue
  • Brush
  • Patch of material
  • Needles
  • Thread

TRETIGHT™ and the new TRETIGHT™ LIGHT are made of unique chloroprene rubber coated polyamide fabrics. Both materials are strong,very durable and offer an outstanding resistance against wear and tear. They also enable an excellent fit around the body of the vehicle, and remain elastic and supple even in cold weather conditions.
